About Us
Redemption Granite & Marble LLC
Reginal Crosby, CEO of Redemption Granite and Marble, LLC and Crosby Construction Group, is a Conway, Arkansas native whose passion for real estate and construction began early in life. Determined to turn that passion into a career, he entered the construction industry, learning firsthand the challenges and rewards of building homes.
Despite limited resources and many obstacles, Reginal remained committed to his craft. In 2016, he discovered a deep interest in natural stone, leading him to spend nearly a year learning countertop fabrication and installation. By 2017, he opened his first granite shop in Conway. As the business grew, he faced industry-wide challenges such as finding skilled labor, but his vision remained clear.
In 2020, Reginal relocated to Frisco, Texas, where he founded Redemption Granite and Marble, LLC. Drawing from years of experience and perseverance, he set out to build a company known not only for exceptional craftsmanship but also for integrity and lasting relationships.
Reginal believes it’s never too late to redeem your path and create a legacy—one built on excellence, service, and a commitment to future generations.
